Seasonal Deliveries

• Orders will close approximately 4 days before delivery date, unless maximum number of orders has been reached prior to that date.  Check here for dates.

• Miami University - On-campus seasonal box orders will be hand-delivered to the Package Center in Shriver.  Students will receive an email and text from the Package Center when the cookies have been checked in and are ready for pickup.  They can proceed to the counter for pickup.  Students will receive daily notification until cookies are picked up.  The  cookies will be held according to Package Center guidelines. 

Hours : M-F 8am to 5pm Sat 11am to 2pm

• Xavier University - On-campus seasonal box orders will be hand-delivered to the Mail Center.  Students will receive an email from the Mail Center when the cookies have been checked in and are ready for pickup.  Hours : M-F 8:30am to 5pm 

• Off-campus orders will be delivered to your student's address by USPS.  

All Other Boxes

• Cookies cannot be delivered on Sunday.

• Cookies ordered for a date earlier than the stated ordering window will be delivered on the 5th business day unless we are able to get them done sooner.

• We send cookies out with the intention that they will be delivered on dates specified while ordering.  However, due to carrier policies, delivery on a specific date cannot be 100% guaranteed.  The cookies will arrive on or within one day of (before or after) the date.  For a guaranteed delivery date (additional cost), please contact us : www.thecookiebox4u@gmail.com or 513-848-0098

• Miami University - Non-seasonal boxes are sent via UPS/USPS. On-Campus cookies are delivered to the Package Center and placed in lockers.  Your student will receive a text and can then pick the package up any time from the locker using the QR code they received via text.  Off-campus orders are delivered to the address provided. 

• Xavier University - Boxes are sent via UPS/USPS. On-campus orders are delivered to the Mail Center.  The Mail Center is closed on Saturday and Sunday and cannot accept deliveries for on-campus orders.  Off-campus orders are delivered to the address provided. At this time we can only accept orders for addresses with a zip code of 45207 and 45212.

• All cookies are approx. 3-4 inches in size.

• Cookies are individually wrapped for sharing and preservation.

• For all off campus and non-seasonal orders, The Cookie Box will be packaged in a shipping box to ensure it arrives safely.  Please be sure to enter a complete and correct address for your student, when prompted during order entry, to ensure timely delivery.  

• Please check The Ingredients list for allergen concerns.  

• All sales are final - we can not offer refunds for on-campus orders that are not picked up.
